During the year 2025, starting immediately, we will migrate the storage location for all documents currently stored in Next Project.

This move does not entail any changes or added functionality for you as customers, but it is part of the strategy to integrate Next Project with Next DOX.

For those of you who are active Next Docs users, however, there will be a change: the application (Next Docs app) you currently use for checking documents in and out will be replaced with a new one. Information on how to download the new application will be communicated once your documents have been migrated. At the time of migration, we will temporarily shut down system access.

The migration will take place during evening hours and will take between 1–4 hours.

Customers will receive further information via a banner in Next Project some time in advance.

For customers with very large volumes: you will be contacted directly beforehand to coordinate a suitable time as the migration will take significantly longer.
