• When No VAT or Contractor VAT is updated on a customer invoice, the revenue recognition accounts are automatically updated if exactly one matching rule exists in the admin configuration. If multiple matching rules are found, the update is not applied and a message is displayed to inform the user. Finally, when locking an invoice, a new information message will appear if the VAT status has changed since the invoice was created
• As previously communicated, we updated the ROT percentage from 30% to 50% on May 12 in Next.
• The swedish term for "Not applicable" released in the previous version has been adjusted.
• New columns “Booked cost (excluding VO)” and “Booked revenue (excluding VO)”, including their period variants, have been added to the project overview. These show booked values excluding VOs. A corresponding row “Posted, excluding VO” (columns for cost and revenue) has also been added to the project card under Key Figures and Invoicing.
• Minor corrections have been made to the Norwegian translations in the project overview.

New mobile solution

• Messages can now be displayed in the same way as in the older mobile version. Managed from Messages in the client.
• It is now possible to create a customer and customer contact from work orders and VOs.
• It is now possible to display part of the address when selecting a customer. This is to simplify cases where there are three entries named Anna Andersson in the customer register, helping users select the correct customer. Contact support if you want this enabled, and we will assist you.
• When entering a work order from the work order list and then returning to the list, the user was previously taken to the top of the list instead of their previous position. This has now been resolved so that the user returns to their previous place in the list for a better user experience.

Bug fixes

• It has been possible for some time to have a sequential number series for supplier numbers in Next, so that the next available number is assigned when creating a new supplier. This now also works when creating a new supplier directly in e-Invoice.

New mobile solution

• The customer is now updated when changing the project in the Create WO and Create VO dialogs.
• The personal favorites list will now only contain unique values. If the same item was in multiple favorite lists, it was incorrectly shown multiple times in the personal list.
• Fixed an issue with the project tree display where projects were hidden if their parent project had a status that should not be visible on mobile.
• Fixed a bug that caused images linked to notes in Journal 2.0 to sometimes not display, and PDFs could not be previewed.
