  • It is now possible to set a financial status on work orders and/or variation orders (VO). To view and manage the financial status, you need to grant the administrative right "financial status" to the relevant groups in Administration - Users/Rights - Groups/Rights. You create the statuses in Administration - Settings - Statuses - Financial Status and choose whether they should be selectable in work orders and/or variation orders. The financial status is intended to be used as a possible label and should be seen as a tool to distinguish between the status of the work and the financial status. Financial status is included in the XLS export and will be added to the XLSX export later. Initially, the status is not included in any report.

New Mobile Solution

  • Improved permission management. The button to upload documents is no longer shown if the user does not have the right to upload documents.

  • The old domain next.nordsys.se should no longer be used; users will be redirected to project.next-tech.com.

  • It is now possible to view work order and customer information when reporting time.

  • The favorites list with articles now also opens when saving a work order in the new mobile app. Previously, it only opened when registering time, if your database is configured to show favorites on save.

  • Navigation in the project module has been improved so that you return to the selected project when moving from a project to, for example, a work order or a document within the project.

  • It is now possible to display only the new mobile solution in your database. Contact support and we will assist you.

Bug fixes

  • The Excel export from the Project overview produced blank fields if extra fields were added in the Project overview. This is now resolved, so the Excel export is complete.

  • In some cases, downloading documents was limited to about 10 at a time in Edge and Chrome. Adjusted so that all selected files are downloaded.

  • Fixed an issue in Forecast where double-clicking the Forecast column under Remaining resulted in an incorrect adjustment record being automatically created if the forecast included decimals.

  • Removed incorrect field, RowId, in the Wikells import in Budget.

  • Image names were included in reports from Journal 2.0 even if "Include in reports" was unchecked for that image. Fixed so that image names are no longer shown for images where "Include in reports" is unchecked.

New Mobile Solution

  • Polish can now be selected as a language option.

  • A fix in the May 5 release caused a follow-up issue where, if the setting to not show favorites on save was enabled and you tried to add articles without first saving the time entry, you received an error message that the page could not be found. This now works as expected.
