On November 4, we will finally close the old diary and move everyone to Diary 2.0. All data will be transferred, so in practice there will be no major change for you regarding diary management.

HOWEVER – you are among the customers who still use the Staff Register, even though it does not meet the requirements for an electronic staff register. This means that you risk failing to meet the Swedish Tax Agency’s requirements in the event of an inspection.

The Staff Register in Next Project will be made unavailable on the evening of November 4. Your staff register previously maintained in Next Project from the past 3 years will be available in an archive. This means the history will remain and will not be lost.
