This article explains how to monitor reported performed quantities in Next Project using two available methods. It covers how to use the Diary module to review daily progress and order lines, as well as how to use the Work Orders module to compare estimated and reported quantities across the entire project. Additionally, it describes how to access the Work Orders Resource Monitoring view for a detailed summary of estimated, performed, and remaining quantities.
This article explains how to monitor reported performed quantities in Next Project. You can do this in two ways: use the Diary module to see progress per day, or use the Work Orders module to see the total progress across the project.
Monitoring Diary
To monitor progress and reported performed quantities per day, follow these steps:
Select your project and go to the Diary module.

Choose the specific day you want to review. Days that have reporting — whether notes or order lines — are marked in blue.
Once you select a day, the right side of the window shows everything recorded for that day. To view the performed quantities reported on your chosen day, go to the Order Lines tab at the bottom.

Monitoring Work Orders
To monitor progress and reported performed quantities for the project in total, follow these steps:
Select your project and go to the Work Orders module. Choose the work order related to progress, then select the Order Lines sub-tab.

In the Order Lines view, you can see both the estimated quantities (highlighted in orange in the example below) and the reported quantities (highlighted in green in the example below).

To get a summary of estimated and performed quantities at the order line level, go to Work Orders - Resource Monitoring. Here you can see estimated quantity, performed quantity, and remaining quantity, among other details. Use the period filter with start and end dates to filter by performed date.
