Next includes a map feature that you can use in both the client and mobile app. With the map feature, you can see where a work order is geographically linked — for example, to an address or GPS coordinates.

Link an Address or Coordinates to the Map

To use the map feature, you need to enter an address on the work order. You do this in the Street Address, City column.

The Work Orders tab shows a list of orders — note the status field and available actions.

When you then go to the Map tab, the work order is displayed as a pin on the map.
