Mobile Climate Reporting/CO2 Submission

This article describes how to use the Next mobile app to submit climate data and CO2 emissions for your resources. You'll get a step-by-step walkthrough of how to navigate to the correct work order, select resources, record consumption, and how the reported data is then compiled into a delivery note.

How to submit via mobile

Follow the steps below to submit climate data from your mobile device.

  1. Log in to the Next web app.
  2. Go to the AO/ÄTA view by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.
  3. Find the AO/ÄTA you want to report against — see example below.

  4. Click on the work order/ÄTA to open it.
  5. Click on the Resources/Items tab.

  6. Click on Resource to display your available resources to submit. Once you've selected a resource, click Continue. You can then submit which items are linked to the resource and may need to be reported in addition to the resource itself. You can also take the opportunity to report any other items associated with the resource. See examples in the images below:

  7. As you can see in the images above, consumption is calculated automatically based on the number of hours the resource was used. You can also specify start and end times for usage.
  8. Save when you're done — your submission is now complete.
  9. The reported data will now be entered into Next and you can compile a delivery note to send to your customer — see the example below.
