To streamline and reduce work during invoicing, markup templates can be created to apply the correct markup to incoming supplier invoices when they are entered or imported into the system.
The account on the incoming supplier invoice, along with the selected markup template on the project, is used to apply the correct markup.
This is achieved by the system, using the "hierarchy" in the markup template, to select the appropriate markup.
Go to Administration | Markup Template.
-
Create a new template or select an existing one.
-
Account number. This could be, for example, the main group (4), subgroup (40), or specific account (4010).
-
Current markup. In this case, it can be interpreted as follows: Everything starting with 4 or 6 (including 4010) gets a 12% markup, Own work (7), and Other external operating expenses (5) get a 0% markup.

- Påslagsmall templates can now be deactivated
- Administrators can mark Påslagsmall templates as inactive. Inactive templates disappear from the selection lists for new projects and ÄTA. Existing projects are not affected, but when copying or creating from a template, the Påslagsmall field becomes empty. Templates can be reactivated as needed.
- Manually staffed – information text and help text
- An explanatory text is now displayed when "Manually staffed" is checked for a permission group, and help text is available on the column header. The group requires that its members be manually assigned to projects to gain access.
