This article explains how to create and manage favorite lists in the Next Mobile application to streamline article registration during time reporting. It covers how to add articles to favorite lists, configure shared or user-specific visibility settings, and assign customer-specific or person-specific favorite lists through the customer and user registers.
Favorite lists are collections of articles that appear in Next Mobile during time reporting. They make it easy for mobile users to quickly register the articles, vehicles, or machines they've used.
You can find your favorite lists in the price list register, under the Favorite Lists tab:
Prislista module, Favoritlistor tab — note the highlighted active tab.
The upper view shows the names of all your favorite lists. Select any list and you'll see its articles displayed in the lower view.

- Lists marked as Shared list will be visible to all users who report time in Next Mobile.
- The Price list column under Articles shows you which price list each article is taken from.
How do I add articles to a favorite list?
- Create a new favorite list or select an existing one in the upper view.
-
In the Show field, choose the price list you want to fetch articles from.

- All articles from your selected price list will now appear under Articles. Check the articles you want to include in the favorite list using the Selected column.

To view all articles in your selected favorite list, clear the Show field:
Articles page — note the 'Visa' filter dropdown for narrowing displayed items.
Customer or user specific favorite lists
You can also create a favorite list that's specific to a particular customer or user.
- For a customer-specific favorite list, check Customer list. The favorite list will appear whenever a mobile user reports time on a project that the customer is registered on.
- For a user-specific favorite list, uncheck Shared list. The list will then only be visible to the people the favorite list is registered on.

To add a customer-specific list to a customer, specify the price list in the customer register under the Advanced tab in the Favorite Lists field:

To add a favorite list to a person, go to the user register, select the relevant person, and add favorite lists in the Favorite Lists field:
