This article explains how to adjust agreed prices within a framework agreement, both for individual articles and across entire agreements. It covers the steps for applying percentage-based price increases or decreases, configuring rounding options, and notes the limitation that hourly rates must be updated manually and are not affected by the bulk adjustment tool.
Adjust individual articles
To adjust the price of an individual article in a framework agreement, you can either type directly into the agreed price column, or follow these steps:
Select the article rows you want to update, then click Adjust Prices in the lower view. Enter your percentage change in the Agreed Price/unit (%) box and specify how many decimal places you'd like to round to. When you're ready, click OK.
For example: to increase agreed prices by 2%, enter 2 in the box. To decrease prices by 5%, enter -5.
Ramavtal tab with 'Justera priser' dialog open for adjusting agreed unit price percentage.
Adjust prices in the entire framework agreement
To proportionally update all prices across one or more framework agreements, select the framework agreements you want to adjust from the list, then click Adjust Prices in the upper view.
Enter your percentage change in the Agreed Price/unit (%) box and specify how many decimal places you'd like to round to. When you're ready, click OK.
For example: to increase agreed prices by 2%, enter 2 in the box. To decrease prices by 5%, enter -5.
Ramavtal tab with 'Justera priser' dialog open; note price adjustment and rounding fields.
Please note that these adjustments apply only to the framework agreement's articles — not to hourly rates. Hourly rates must be adjusted manually, role by role, and cannot be mass-updated using the percentage adjustment tool in the Price List – Framework Agreement module.
