Framework agreements in Next can be adjusted proportionally with a few simple button presses. 

It is possible to adjust both individual articles in a framework agreement, the entire framework agreement, or multiple framework agreements at the same time. 

Please note! To adjust the agreed hourly rates in a framework agreement, this must be done role by role; these cannot be mass-updated and are therefore not affected by percentage adjustments to the framework agreement made in the module Price List – Framework Agreement.

Adjust individual articles

To adjust the price of individual articles in the framework agreement, you can either change directly in the column for the agreed price. 

Alternatively, select the article rows that need to be changed and click on Adjust Prices in the lower view. Fill in the percentage change in the box Agreed Price/unit (%) and specify how many decimal places you wish to round to. Click OK. 

For example: if the agreed prices are to be increased by 2%, you fill in 2 in the box. If the prices are instead to be decreased by 5%, you fill in -5. 

Adjust Prices in the Entire Framework Agreement

To proportionally update all prices in one or more framework agreements, select the framework agreements that need to be adjusted from the list and click on Adjust Prices in the upper view. 

Fill in the agreed percentage change in the box Agreed Price/unit (%) and specify how many decimal places you wish to round to. Click OK. 

For example: if the agreed prices are to be increased by 2%, you fill in 2 in the box. If the prices are instead to be decreased by 5%, you fill in -5. 

Please note that the adjustments only apply to the framework agreement's articles and not the hourly rates; these must be adjusted manually.
