Favorite lists are the lists of articles that appear in Next Mobile during time reporting to make it easy for mobile users to register articles/vehicles/machines they have used.

You can find your favorite lists in the price list register, under the tab 'Favorite Lists':

In the upper view, you see the names of all favorite lists, and by selecting a list, you see the articles in the lower view.

• The lists marked as 'Shared list' will be visible to all users who report time in Next Mobile.
• In the 'Price list' column under Articles, you can see from which price list the article is taken.

How do I add articles to a favorite list?

1. Create a new favorite list or select an already created favorite list in the upper view.

2. Choose from which price list you want to fetch articles in the 'show' field

   
    
3. All articles from the selected price list are now shown under articles; check the articles you want to include in the favorite list in the 'Selected' column.

4. To show all articles in the selected favorite list, clear the field in 'Show':

   

Customer or user specific favorite list

It is also possible to create a favorite list that is customer or user specific.

• If it is a customer specific favorite list, check 'Customer list'. The favorite list will appear every time a mobile user reports time on a project the customer is registered on.
• If it is user specific, uncheck 'Shared list'. The list will then only be visible to the people the favorite list is registered on.

To add a customer specific list to a customer, specify the price list in the customer register, under the 'Advanced' tab in the 'Favorite Lists' field:
