News
- A filtering menu has been added in the ÄTA view.
The filter includes the options:
- Show active
- Show closed
- Show all
This function makes it possible to display only active, only completed, or all change orders. - It is now easier to see long descriptions and notes that do not fit within the column width in certain columns in Forecast. By hovering the mouse over the field, the full content is displayed, making it easier to read without having to widen the column.
- Nuvo import - we have updated the import interface so that only available file formats are shown. The update of Nuvo also introduces new functionality in the step where rows are reviewed. You can now use enhanced table interactions – including sorting, filtering, hiding, and freezing columns – via the new column menu (three dots in the column header).
Mobile
- A microphone icon has been added next to the text field for easier access to the voice-to-text feature.
- Suppliers linked to a work order are now displayed directly on the work order in the mobile view.
- A new setting is now available for the mobile version. When a user changes the status of the base commitment, the corresponding status code is looked up in the project status. If a matching status is found, the project status is automatically updated. Contact support if you want to activate this setting.
Integration with Accurator:
With the release of the new integration with Accurator, a button will be introduced in Next Project, at the top right, called Accurator. It will be visible to everyone and offers different options depending on whether the integration is active or not.
With the release of the new integration with Accurator, a button will be introduced in Next Project, at the top right, called Accurator. It will be visible to everyone and offers different options depending on whether the integration is active or not.
- If you choose to activate the integration, purchasing organizations will be able to see which projects have unread messages and sales organizations can see received inquiries and matching inquiries in the marketplace.
- If the integration is inactive, you still get two options. One option is, even here, matching inquiries in the marketplace. The other is to create a supplier account in Accurator. Doing so will also make received inquiries visible.
At the same time, a new sub-tab will be introduced under the Projects tab, called Project Settings. It will initially only contain one option for the integration with Accurator, but it is not possible to check the box unless the integration is active.
To activate the integration or get more information, contact Nabaz Eliassi at Accurator.
Fixes
- When moving time and order lines with activity and location, these previously followed along even to projects where they did not exist. Now, activity and location are removed from the order line and the time if they do not exist on the new project.
Mobile
- An issue that caused an error message when creating a new deviation has been fixed.
