What's New
- PDF reports created from invoice documentation are now named according to the invoice documentation's FU number.
- We have made adjustments to improve performance in cases where there are many activities and units in the database.
Revenue accounting in customer invoices:
An individual invoice line can now be split into multiple revenue lines with individual dimensions (project, AO/Additional Work, account). This simplifies the workflow for customers who need to categorize invoiced amounts differently in their accounting system, for example when applying for ROT deductions.
- A new button, Split Line, is now available in the toolbar on the Invoice Lines tab.
- Each individual invoice line can be divided into multiple revenue lines.
- The accounting of all invoice lines is summarized in the Revenue Accounting tab.
- Split Line is also introduced in the Documentation for Tax Reduction, i.e., the Select Type of Work button, on the Tax Reduction tab. NOTE! When you create an invoice with tax reduction in Next, the respective account on the invoice lines will be suggested if it qualifies for reduction, material, or other. The preselected options are based on the chart of accounts settings in Next.
- In the same dialog, you can now also choose which lines qualify for the reduction yourself.
- In revenue accounting, material and other are now separated on tax reduction invoices.
- On Monday, May 18, an updated quick guide will be available with more detailed information. It will be linked HERE.
Mobile
- Time reporting is now possible with minute intervals when using start and stop; contact Next support if you want to adjust the interval in your database.
Fixes
- Fix to ensure that items moved retain any edited data and are not overwritten.
- Fixed an issue where "Include in reports" was not editable on invoiced lines.
Mobile
- Fixed so that items from inactive price lists will no longer appear in customer favorite lists.
