Welcome to Next Dox! By following the instructions below, you can quickly get started using your project.
Log in to the project
- To log in, you need an account created by the administrators. If they create an account for you, you will receive an email with a link where you can set a password. They may also invite you by sending you a registration link that you can use to create an account.
- Once you have an account, you can log in to the project, see Log in.
Create folders
- Folders and files are displayed in Explorer, see Open Explorer.
- To create folders, see Create folder.
If you want to create similar subfolders in a new folder, you can also copy them, see Copy folder. - For example, if you want to edit, move or delete folders, see Explorer.
Upload files
- Once you have created a folder structure, you can start uploading files, see Upload files.
List files
- The files can be displayed in different views, see List files.
Download files
- To download files from projects to your computer, see Download files.
Managing files
- For example, to change the file name or description of individual files, see Edit files.
- If you want to manage several files at the same time, you can first select them, see Select files.
- For example, if you need to manage, copy or move several files at once, see Explorer.
Create admin groups
- Rights are controlled by admin groups, see Admin groups.
Here you can create groups and set who can do what in each folder.
Create users
- Once you have created admin groups, you can create users, see Create user.
You can either create users yourself or invite them by sending a registration link.
